In its editorial policy the "Law and Security of Society" journal complies with the international standards for publication ethics.

Publisher the journal follows the recommendations and core practices regarding ethical policies and dealing with misconduct of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, https://publicationethics.org/core-practices).

The code of ethics refers to all participants in the publication process: publishers, editors, authors and reviewers. The rules concern ethical issues like: objectivity of reviewers and equal treatment of all articles and authors, originality and plagiarism, confidentiality, fraudulent citation and data, possible conflict of interest.

"Law and Security of Society" is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice.

Authors who submit papers to "Law and Security of Society" attest that their work is original and unpublished, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

There are no article submission charges.

"Law and Security of Society" e-journal provides immediate open access of all its content to the public for free on the Internet, following the criteria of free availability to our national or international readers, and the authors are not charged for sending, evaluation and publication of their articles in regular editions; therefore, supporting a greater exchange of global knowledge.

The scientists who actively work in their fields of science are often invited to evaluate research papers of the other researchers. The main task of a peer reviewer is to evaluate the pros and cons of a research paper in the qualified and objective way in order to help the other scientists correctly disclose the results of their research.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Each submitted manuscript to the journal "Law and Security of Society" should be accompanied with information disclosing all relationships that can be considered as representing a potential conflict of interest.

Preprint is a version of a scholarly or scientific paper that precedes formal peer review and publication in a peer-reviewed scholarly or scientific journal. The preprint version is available for free, before a paper is published in a journal.

Types of manuscripts

The editorial board welcomes for publishing all authors who would contribute for achieving the objectives and scope of the journal. We publish articles in the following groups: Conceptual papers; Research papers; Case Study; Micro articles; Abstract of doctoral dissertations.
